What is Encore?
Encore is a new toy company from Frankie at Rockabilia.com and David at VannenWatches.com. They wanted to make figures and collectibles for some of their favorite bands and artists, so here we are. They collect figures themselves, so you’re in good hands.
Where is Encore located?
Encore is a subsidiary of Rockabilia, located in Chanhassen, Minnesota. That’s where the figures ship from and where Frankie works.
Fun fact: Rockabilia is right around the corner from Paisley Park, Prince’s home and studio. Back in the day, we used to see him riding his bike around the neigborhood.
David is based in Santa Monica, California, and works remotely.
Fun fact: Owen Wilson used to live in David’s neighborhood, and Owen's dog would regularly pee in David’s front yard.
What should I buy at Encore?
Figures, apparel, stickers, accessories… buy it ALL. Not because we’re greedy, but because everything we make is either special edition (available for a limited time) or limited edition (produced in a set quantity). Once it’s gone, it’s gone.
Are all your items officially licensed?
Yes. All of our products are 100% officially licensed. No knockoffs, no tribute merch.
What brand are your t-shirts printed on?
It depends on the project. We do our best to use high-quality blanks that we’d actually want to wear, whether that’s Comfort Colors, Los Angeles Apparel, or something comparable. David is pretty picky about t-shirts, so we’re not cutting corners.
Sometimes licensors require specific blanks, but either way, the goal is the same: something you’ll actually want to wear.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
How do I order from Encore?
You can place your order online 24/7 at EncoreToyCo.com. Once your order is received, we’ll get it out as quickly as possible.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed during new releases may take up to 3 business days.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
How long does shipping take?
That depends on the shipping method you choose:
• Standard: 5–10 business days
• Express: 2–5 business days
• 2-Day: 2 business days
• Overnight: next business day
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location.
Do I have to pay customs or import fees?
Yes. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
Some items ship separately due to size or weight, so your order may arrive in multiple packages.
Why isn’t 2-Day or Overnight available at checkout?
Some orders may exceed carrier limits or aren’t eligible for expedited shipping. If you need help, contact us before placing your order.
Why is my country not listed?
If your country isn’t listed at checkout, we’re not able to process your order online. That said, we may be able to help manually. Email customer service with your name, shipping address, and the items you’d like to order.
PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
When will an item be back in stock?
It depends on the item. The best way to stay in the loop is to join our mailing list. If something sells out, there’s a chance it may come back, and we’ll let you know when it does.
Why don’t you have my size in stock?
We offer all sizes available for each design. If your size isn’t listed, it’s either sold out or wasn’t offered for that item.
Are prices in USD?
Yes. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

Do you offer wholesale?
Yes. Email frankie@rockabilia.com to discuss wholesale orders.
Do you gift wrap?
We do not. It’s probably for the best.
Can I get a discount code?
No. Buy it at full price so the artists and bands get paid, ya jerk.
