Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not happy with your item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

• The item must include the original packaging

• You must have your original receipt or order confirmation

Before sending anything back, you must contact us first at info@EncoreToyCo.com

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return authorization.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

• All return shipments must be prepaid (no C.O.D. deliveries)

• We strongly recommend insuring your package, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a $15 restocking fee.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original form of payment.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable

• Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Exchanges

Because most of our items are limited, we do not offer standard exchanges. If you have a specific issue, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Apparel Returns

Apparel can be returned within 14 days of delivery if it is:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In original condition

Due to limited availability, exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.
