Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST are usually processed the same or next business day. Orders placed during new releases may take up to 3 business days to process.

Orders are not shipped until payment has been fully processed.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

• Standard: 5–10 business days (continental U.S.)

• Express: 2–5 business days (continental U.S.)

• 2-Day: 2 business days

2-Day

• Orders must be placed by 2:00 PM CST for same-day shipping on in-stock items

• Not available for PO Boxes or APO addresses

• If you need delivery by a specific date, we recommend contacting customer service before placing your order

Inventory can change quickly. An item may be in stock when you place your order but sell out before it is processed. If this happens, we will ship your order as soon as the item becomes available.

Orders may ship in multiple packages due to size or weight.

Additional charges may apply for:

• Remote or out-of-range delivery

• Oversized packaging

If additional charges are required, we will contact you before processing your order.

If 2-Day shipping is not available at checkout, your order may exceed carrier weight limits. You can contact customer service to request a custom shipping option.

International Shipping

We offer the following international shipping options:

• Standard: 2–10 business days (fully trackable)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Orders containing items with different availability timelines will be held and shipped together once all items are ready.

International Shipping Notes

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

• Remote areas may incur additional delivery fees

• Oversized packages may require additional shipping charges

• Shipping rates shown at checkout are estimates

If additional charges are required, we will contact you before processing your order.

Customs, Duties & Fees

We follow all international shipping regulations to help expedite delivery through customs. However, customs processing times are outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, tariffs, and import fees required by their country.

Encore is not responsible for:

• Customs delays

• Fees charged by customs

• Orders refused due to unpaid duties or import restrictions

International Liability

If a package is lost or delayed, we have to wait at least 30 days before sending out a replacement.

If a package is marked as delivered, Encore is not responsible for replacement.

Some international shipping options may not include full tracking or insurance and may take significantly longer to arrive. If you choose these options, Encore is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.
